2. ARE THEY LICENSED? DO THEY HAVE A COMPANY REGISTERED IN COLORADO?

3. WHO WROTE THE CONTRACT TO BUY YOUR HOME?

THIS IS A GREAT QUESTION TO ASK AS MOST CONTRACTS TO PURCHASE ARE WRITTEN BY LAWYERS THAT ARE PAID BY THE BUYER. WHO'S BEST INTEREST IS BEING REPRESENTED IN THE CONTRACT?

OUR CONTRACTS ARE APPROVED & WRITTEN BY THE COLORADO REAL ESTATE COMMISSION & ARE REGULATED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF REGULATORY AGENCIES - NOT BY LAWYERS PAID BY US! 


4. HOW MUCH EARNEST MONEY SHOULD BE SUBMITTED WITH THE CONTRACT? WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HOLDING OR DEPOSITING THE EARNEST MONEY CHECK?

1-2% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE IS TYPICALLY THE AMOUNT REQUESTED FOR AN EARNEST MONEY CHECK. THE EARNEST MONEY CHECK SHOULD BE HELD BY A THIRD-PARTY THAT USUALLY IS THE TITLE COMPANY THAT WILL COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION.
